I slept till 1 pm but I didn't go to bed until after 2 am. It felt good.
Qotd too much, at night I watch all the Chicago shows, the voice, dateline, survivor are a few.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D chicken and carrots

Yep, I watch The Big Ward, and I cannot wait for them to release season 2 on Netflix!
Good afternoon! My brother is visiting and we've been to breakfast, downtown on the bus, and just generally hanging out together. My food has not been on point today, but I've tracked it all and I'll be back to plan tomorrow.
QOTD: I am watching The Let Down on Netflix.

M2: Egg White Omelet w/ Chicken & Pepper Jack
M3: Fro-Yo (about 1/2 cup)
M4: We're going to a Hibachi Steak House. I'll share the protein portion of a meal with my husband.
M5: Yogurt w/ PB potentially, but it's unlikely I'll need/want it.
S: Halumi Cheese (grilled, this stuff is awesome)
E: Not today, but I ran 5 miles yesterday!

Hey Erin, do you use carton egg whites? If yes how much do you use for your omelette. Just bought a small carton to try.
In this case, we went out to eat. But, I generally use the egg substitute if I buy anything in a carton. But, 99% of the time I just do real eggs!
