Egg or tuna salad. Try taking chia seeds, will help firm up the loose stools. Maybe eating protein from meat, nuts, eggs etc is better than the protein drinks. Like Val I had to use egg white protein, due to whey intolerance.
Salami and cheese as a meal or two. Dense protein will fill you up and lasts longer.
