Whatcha eating Today VSGers? Wednesday, 4/25/2018
I have recommitted myself to eating healthier. I have always tracked and measured my food but I was eating fast food and 2500 calories daily. Had some regain.Today I woke up, picked up kids from school and really wanted to pick up McDonald's because I was too tired to cook before I go back into work tonight.. I resisted and went home and made chilli mac from frozen chilli for the kids. Yeah me!

Good evening all. Been crazy busy, and I forgot my password and logged out on my phone so I haven't been able to post from it! Now that I'm home I can get that changed to something I'll remember.
QOTD: I can't think of anything I'm interested in that people haven't heard of. I have some more uncommon hobbies though. I am part of a website that sends postcards all around the world to strangers, and you get postcards from all around the world.
Breakfast: 100cal oatmeal, PB2
Lunch: Lemon pepper tuna packet
Dinner: Chicken on top of a spinach salad with my fat free balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Snacks: Premier protein before bed. I'm way under calories today and I'm feeling it.

Popping in very late to say your food always sounds so good to me, Gwen. I want to eat at your house!
(I spent half the day in the car getting to and mostly from my pre-op PS appointment - a three hour drive home with no accidents to only go 58 miles!)
QOTD: I'm a weather nerd. I love reading scientific blogs and papers about weather.
Haha, thanks! I love to cook - always have. I'm glad that didn't change after surgery! The "problem" with the way I cook is that I really like to experiment. So it's common for the guys to make a comment like, "this is great! Too bad you'll never make it again." Haha. It's rare for me to repeat recipes. Since I always want to try new things!
Weather IS fascinating. A number of my relatives worked/do work for NOAA, so there are a lot of meteorologists in my family :D Weather is a frequent topic of discussion at family gatherings.

QOTD: I forgot to get back to answer yesterday. I feel like I've had to explain sous vide to a lot of people recently. So probably that!
