9 month update- I think I'm done
I haven?t lost any weight in like 6 weeks. I fluctuate between 186 and 189. I can see the outside and centerline of where abs should be. Definitely have some loose skin. I?m sure I can lose up to 10 pounds, but I?m tired of losing muscle for the number on the scale. Time to rebuild. I had a hard time buying these pants. I had to go to 3 stores to buy a pair of 30x32 pants! I used to have the total opposite problem!

If you've stalled for 6 weeks, you are likely eating the number of calories required to maintain your loss. To continue losing, you'd need to cut calories and/or burn more (exercise).
It is totally possible to keep losing weight while building muscle!

And like magic I lose 4 pounds in the 3 days after posting this! I by no means am I trying to stop losing. I added cardio back into the mix. I think I will focus on 1 type of working out for no longer than a month to always keep my body guessing. Swim this month, long runs next, sprints, circuit lifting, heavy lifting.......
