Stressed but not overeating

I went into work Friday and was told byHR that after 17 years of working there, my position was being eliminated. I have the option of bidding on other positions. If my bid is not excepted, my layoff is permanent. I would kind of like to just find another job, but I have built up to 4 weeks per year of paid vacation time and really need the insurance because of my kidney disease. Usually times like these were when my whole eating plan would go out the window, but thanks to my VSG that is not happening. Thank God for my surgery.

I am sorry this is happening to you, I wish you the best on your bid for another position if that is what you decide to do. I agree, the VSG is miraculous, especially during times like these. Take care and be kind to yourself!
