Friday! Yay! Got a lot accomplished this week. Going for a productive weekend as well.
QOTD: Have you ever ridden a motorcycle?
I used to own one. That was my transportation when I was in college. I'd love to ride again. One day I will! I love riding.
Meal 1: Coffee, PP protein shake
Meal 2: LO Shrimp curry
Meal 3: TBD (Cleaning out fridge)
Meal 4: Hot dogs (no bun for me) with cheese sauce and a smidge of LO corn.
Snack: 2 cups of tea with stevia. Protein drink if needed.
Water and Vits: On track

Good morning! I'm hoping for a productive weekend, as well. DW and I need to go and get a new shirt or two for work and we have a seminar to attend in Jackson tomorrow. I'm working my 2nd job on Sunday, but I'm hoping that I can get the house halfway decent that day to start next week off right!
I've decided I'm taking a personal day next week to have a ME day. I don't do that often, but I checked and I have 5 personal days. I may as well take one!
QOTD: I have ridden second on a motorcycle a few times, but I have no desire to own one or ride one regularly. It's nice and it's fun, but it's more dangerous and I am just not about that life. Also, I'd hate for my younger nephews/future children to want one. It would give me some serious anxiety.

Happy happy Friday everyone! I'm working from home today so I slept in and it's gorgeous out.
QOTD: I grew up on the back of motorcycles. My dad always had one and it was the highlight of the week when he would take me for a ride. Both of my brothers own one. My dad has been in a few motorcycle accidents, mostly when he was young, but the one he had ten years ago landed in the hospital with broken ribs and a punctured lung. He still rides. I've never learned to drive one, I'm content to just go for a ride every so often.

QOTD-I used to ride motorcycles around my grandparent's farm. I loved it until I got pinned under one and got a terrible burn on my leg, I have a large burn scar to prove it:-) I haven't been on once since. I've often thought about getting a scooter or moped to ride in and out of town during the spring/summer months.

Hey all and happy Friday! Today was my day off and the start of my three day weekend. A friend and I went to the aquarium and walked around downtown and in the big fancy mall down there. Had lunch and I had dry rubbed bbq ribs with plenty for tomorrow, so that makes me extra excited. Went to see A Quiet Place as well and it was a really good movie.
QOTD: Nope
Breakfast- We went to Denny's and I had an egg white with a slice of ham
Lunch- Those delicious baby back ribs! The sauce has always been amazing, but now I skip the sauce and just eat them with their dry rub and honestly I've come to enjoy it more.
Dinner- Think I might do a protein bar, because honestly I'm tired. It was so muggy out today.
Snack- May have a bit of cottage cheese, or yogurt awhile after my dinner as my dessert.

LOVE motorcycles, dnt know how to drive but have been on several in back of driver- years ago. I dnt knw if I would ride again, maybe guess matters who's driving it.
