Good morning! It snowed again, a couple of inches so far, but the sun is out now! Taking my mom to the casino tonight. I will probably end up in the lobby playing solitaire on my tablet while waiting for her. My $20 bill doesn't last very long:-) Maybe I will get lucky this time!
QOTD-The only thing I can think of that has surprised me is that I love to hike. I used to think hiking was silly and could never understand the joy of trying to get up a mountain. I thought you couldn't enjoy the scenery while struggling physically. So I am very surprised at how much I love doing it, and yes, you can look at nature and struggle physically at the same time:-)

What has surprised me? That my "adult children" are very fond of me as a human being, rather than just Ma. (They are pretty spectacular people).

S: Premier protein bar (1/2), 1 square of WATEF homemade protein bar
D: Teriyaki beef, broccoli, insides of spring roll

I'm 6 months out. Weight seems to be from 130-133 pretty consistently, at 1000 calories. Last week I did spring cleaning upstairs; this coming Monday I'll do downstairs. THEN I will start riding the recumbent bike upstairs...
