Whatcha eating Today VSGers? Thursday, 4/5/2018
Since coffee/espresso is so acidic, I set a limit for myself. I'm allowed to have three lattes or coffees a week. The rest of the time, I have my premier shake. It seems to work pretty well. I don't get addicted/unaddicted repeatedly, I haven't had any stomach issues, and I still get to enjoy it occassionally.

Good morning, working at home listening to the sound of my bathroom being ripped out! Also spontaneously booked a cruise in October - just 3 nights to the Bahamas, which is perfect for us.
QOTD: I refuse to watch the Bachelor. I can't believe people are willing to make such fools of themselves. I do, however, LOVE Married at first sight -which is equally ridiculous, haha.
B: scali bread toasted - not the best choice, but delicious
L: idk, not much to chose from - maybe a salad with some protein
D: Leftover prime rib
E: It's freezing and windy as heck - but i will walk the dogs since I will pay the price if i don't and they are up at 3am to go the bathroom or just not tired

Good morning. Had a skeletal survey done yesterday. Learned I have a few lesions on my bones. Got my tickets booked to fly to Minnesota and visit the Mayo Hospital. Fighting to stay on track with food.
I refuse to watch this new show about women robbing and stealing to get money because they have tough life issues. Can't recall what it is called.

Hey! Last day off before my long, three day work week :( I always feel so pressured on these long weekends. Though after I get my short week where I only work two days. Either way, I'm hoping to get into a position that is only three days a week every week.
QOTD: Friends. I refuse to watch Friends. Let's just say sitcoms in general because I REALLY hate sitcoms!
Breakfast- Egg and babybel mini, coffee with some PP as creamer
Morning snack- Chobani with pb2
Lunch- Salsa verde chicken with fajita tortilla
Snack- Crinkle cut carrots with Jalapeno hummus dip
Dinner- Salsa verde chicken again, minus the tortilla
Totals: 732 cal, 40g carbs, 93g protein
Ugh, I hate sitcoms too. And if they have laugh tracks? Those are the worst.
