Where do I find recipes at?.

I just put "recipe" in the search bar and many recipe threads popped up. I don't believe OH has a recipe section.

There is a recipe forum and while it may not get much action you can search the archives of recipes. If you google or go on Pinterest and search low carb or Keto you can find a lot. I also find a lot on Instagram

Google The World According to Egg Face, she has developed a lot of recipes for every food stage post op. She has had WLS herself. I still use a great deal of her recipe's.

When you put your cursor on the word forum you can see some of the forums we have here on OH. Here is the link to the recipes forum. As others have mentioned you can search the word recipes and get some great ones and also under articles. We have featured some great recipes in our articles section.
