Good morning!
Accidentally replied to yesterday's post... I figured I should probably come and do today's, as well.
QOTD: Well, I've only lost 86 pounds (378 to 292) so I feel that I haven't lost enough to really dramatically change. It's definitely far easier to find clothes! I was pushing a 28/4X, and now I'm wearing anywhere between a 20-22 in bottoms and a 2X in tops. I am hoping that by the end of the year I can dip below plus sizes, but we will see!
B: reduced sugar apple oatmeal
L: 2 salami and mozzarella sticks, Greek Yogurt
D: Half a toasted English muffin, with a sunny side up egg and turkey bacon

"Only" 86! I know that it may not seem like a lot in the overall journey, but you are doing great. Your biggest challenge for a while may be having clothing that fits at all!

Only 86? I've lost 87 and I feel fabulous and ecstatic! Don't sell yourself short. You seem to be doing great.
Happy April Fools Day. I'm not a joker so I don't try to fool anyone, but I know some may use the day to their advantage. And Happy Easter to those who celebrate! We are hosting 8 for dinner tonight after DD arrives for a one week visit later today (yeah!).
QOTD: Yes! Skinny Jeans and tee-shirt dresses. I NEVER had a flat tummy before so that kind of dress was a no-no regardless of my weight.
2 Years post-op
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Ham, stuffed potatoes and asparagus
S: a small piece of key lime pie (homemade by SIL)

Happy Easter and April. Wanted to share the message I saw on a church sign that was so dumb I couldn't stop laughing. "Jesus is dead and in the grave!!! April Fool's! He's alive and well!!" I was dying in the car laughing.
QOTD: How I dress, definitely. Before weight loss I wore just whatever I could fit into really. I spent a lot of money at places like Catherine's and even then I could only comfortably wear their longer sleep shirts. Now I can shop where ever I want which is a massive motivation to stay the course for me. My actual interest in style hasn't changed, I've always wanted to be pretty feminine with dresses and flowing, pretty clothes. Now I can dress that way.
Breakfast - Nature's Own Wheat + Protein bread, Whipped, Greek cream cheese. Coffee
Lunch - Not sure, I've actually done really well for eating out almost every meal. Made very careful and conscious decisions. You have to love places with "Add to any meal!" items. Make it so nice to not over order. We may go and grab BBQ, so will probably have some loose chicken slices.
Dinner - Leftover sirloin steak on a salad probably.
April 1st! It's the month of birthdays. Mine and both girl's birthdays are in April. The kids found eggs and baskets this morning, but we don't otherwise celebrate Easter. I met up with a local run club and really enjoyed it and plan to go back every Sunday. I did a 2-mile run.
QOTD: I prefer form-fitting clothes now that actually show off that I have a shape. Previously, I liked things that hung on me to draw attention away from all my lumps and bumps.

Good morning, all and Happy Easter!!
Had a wonderful Easter gathering with my sisters and family yesterday, love it when my 2 sisters and I can get together. We finally got to exchange Christmas presents since everyone was sick during the holidays!
Also big news that I bought my first new car in 14 years last weekend!! It's so nice to have a new one with no mechanical issues for a change! I named her Bluebell :)
QOTD: My style has changed in that I have no idea what my style is anymore!! I just bought my first pair of jeans in 20 years, but when I look for clothes, I just have no idea. I don't want to dress like an old lady, but I love new styles and don't want to look like a 58 year old trying to look like a teenager either! It's all very confusing lol (P.S. When I bought the jeans they were SIZE 12!! I sat down in the dressing room and cried!)
B: Bacon, coffee w/cream and xylitol
L: Probably the last of the Fauxtato Salad (cauli) that I made for Easter luncheon at work this past week, and some smoked chicken.
D: No idea lol
Water and vites on track
