This is definitely late! Posting Saturday's meals on Sunday morning! Have been having fun with my friend, we've done all kinds of stuff from see some shows, to mini-golf and cosmic bowling at night which was a ton of fun.

QOTD: Doctor suggested it to me, looking into all choices after that. VSG seemed like the best one, honestly. Lap-band was out of the question, I honestly didn't understand RNY much at the time, and I was scared of a full bypass. Very, very happy with my choice.

Breakfast: Coffee, one egg over easy and 2 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Chobani yogurt with pb2

Dinner: Part of a sirloin steak, one rib from a half order of ribs

Misc: Part of a premier protein shake as creamer
