9 days out and need encouragements
I felt very better quickly until day 5 when I felt energetic and pain free.then I started hitting a energy wall around 2 pm yesterday after walking the dogs and out shopping for errands.my husband hit a wall too but it had to be done cuz 6 people coming for Passover and I had to click into robot mode to get it done, should have clicked into kick him in the ass mode but what's done is done.next year I'll kick him in Jerusalem.
so today, after 4 hours non-restful sleep I feel a bit weak and can get up and do stuff an hour at a time then I'm lying down, heart rate went up and that with fatigue I \|said maybe low BP so had soup with added salt. And I feel better a while after that.i was never one to add salt so now is a time when I should off and on,
'other than that I'm getting 120gr protien from shakes and powders added to soup and yogurt . Almost 2 litres water.
i was rarely a binge eater in my "other life" but there's some thing binge-y about focusing on eating and drinking, and actually doing it 12-15 hours a day constantly. I'll be so glad to get down ton3 meals a day.
seems I can now easily take about 3 ounces in my sleeve, then wait 20 minutes and have 2 ounces, wait again and repeat. Full fluids are slower.takes about an hour to get in a premier protien, sometimes an hour and a half. Does that sound right? Fatigue feedback?
Hag sameach, all.
Things will get better. This all sounds normal. A Premier took me 60-90 minutes at first because I always felt full. In another few weeks, you'll be feeling much better!
Slow down and remember you are recovering from surgery, Passover or no Passover.

Yikes! You had major surgery! Save your energy for kicking your husband's ass. I was still napping a few months after surgery. You should expect to wear out more easily for a while yet.
It gets better. But don't discount how big a deal this is.

Seems normal - you overdid it, you're tired. Hosting lots of people so soon after surgery might not be the best idea.
Be kind to yourself and rest.

You had major surgery. There will be highs and lows. Totally normal to have bouts of fatigue for weeks. Don't stress. Good Luck .
