Whatcha Eating Today VSGers, Friday, March 30 2018
QOTD: VACUUM! I have two Australian Shepherds and I live in non stop dog hair. Then bathroom counter and toilet. Maybe declutter. Kitchen is usually in good shape.
Worked my second job. 8 hours on my feet. I developed a pain in my knee. Not sure what is going on. I see my oncologist on Monday so I will bring it up.
B- Protein drink
L- 3 ounces chicken breast, half cup cottage cheese
D-protein drink. I got off plan with my snacks so I went with the protein drink for dinner.
S- 1 slice peanut butter toast, half a glazed donut

Not going to quit on myself.
So I'm guessing this is what you did eat (not what you planned)? Just mentioning that more protein based snacks might work better for you in the long run.
