Are liquid vitamins best?

After reading the worst WLS advice in the general forum I think I need to stop flinstones vitamins. They are not all I take. I use a liquid vitamin b and liquid calcium every day as well.
It is is one of the choices given by my doctor.
I've also tried the bariatric fusion chewable and they made me gag pre-op. Any advice is very welcome.

There really is no "best" form - you just need vites that meet the requirements and that you'll take.
Are you unable to swallow pills?

The best vitamins are the ones you're likely to take on a consistent basis! So if you can find a complete liquid multivitamin, and you don't mind taking it every day, then go for it.
There's no reason you can't take a regular multivitamin pill. Many of us here take something like Centrum or the drugstore generic version. A double-dose should get you close to where you need. If you have trouble with the large size of the tablets, snag a pill cutter and you can break them into smaller pieces.

Just got some today, thanks for the tip! I wasn't sure if it'd upset my stomach but so far it's been good.
