I'm so glad you posted! Posting my daily menu here really does help. Keeping it logged in MFP also. I love the tuna creation pouches. Jalapeño and the spicy buffalo are my two favorite.

Thanks for the welcome! Good luck in nursing school too! It's the best career ever I always say. My favorite tuna creations are Spicy Thai and Bacon Ranch I think.

Welcome! I am at 2 years tomorrow. I find it is harder for my metabolism to get over my eating indiscretions when they occur now. Do you?

Sadly this is likely true for me also. I need to keep this in mind and stop rewarding myself with a candy bar after a long 10 hour day at work or a handful of mini-pretzels from the secretary's desk at work when I get stressed.

Good morning (for a few more minutes here still)! I had my bariatric surgeon follow up today. It was kind of a fun one. My surgeon is so thrilled with my progress. I've lost 92% of my excess weight (but I wouldn't want to weigh my ideal weight based on his charts. 153 would be too thin for me). And he was fascinated and shocked by how much I need to eat to not continue to lose (1700-1900). He said I should leave my body to science so they can figure out why and bottle it since most post-wls parients end up closer to 1200. He wants to put me on his Instagram and website. Hmm. We'll see. I'm not photogenic and not sure about having me "out there" like that.

QOTD: Next 10 years? Hopefully a lot like this year! Active, healthy, happy with lots of new experiences.

B - coffee, yogurt, berries, grain free granola

L - cheese, crackers, salami

D - pot roast, veggies

S - popcorn

You are pretty tall! I would hope you could eat more, though that is a nice level. I figure with my coffee and recently added fruits/veggies I am averaging somewhere between 1400-1450 per day for maintenance at my much smaller stature.
