9 months since Surgery

Today marks 9 months since I had my surgery and I couldnt be happier

I now weigh weekly (as I was getting a little obsessed with the daily weighing) and this morning showed me 172lbs - bringing my total loss to date to over 82lbs. 18lbs till I reach my goal.......

This is hands down the best thing I ever did for my health and wellbeing. My husband and I spent the weekend working around our place. We loaded and unloaded 4 trailer loads of firewood (prep for winter), loaded and unloaded over 6 tonne of rocks and 2 trailer loads of soil. The old me simply wouldnt have been able to do it physcially

Now to contend with the chia pet look as the hair starts to grow back - ha ha ha

Ha! I go through so much hairspray trying to make my sprouts lay down and behave!

He he - Ive taken to pulling it back in a ponytail and then wetting the whisps down to flatten them
