Sugar free mints

is it ok for me to use mints? Just ones that are small and sugar free. Would it be better to use the mouth spray stuff like lysterine?
my breath stinks so bad, I need relief lol(those around me would agree too)

For some people, like with gum, mints can trigger cravings. And if you eat a lot of them, you might have horrible diarrhea due to the sugar substitutes.
Just something to be aware of :)

I ate Tic Tacs a lot at first. It had less to do with my breath and more to do with the fact that I have an oral fixation (I quit smoking 3-years ago, but when you can't eat or chew gum either...well). Just be cognizant of it getting out of control. One package of Tic Tacs has 120 calories and 30g of carbs. Ask me how I know?

I think a few sugar free mints would be fine. Just be careful. The fake sugar in candy-like stuff is different and will send you to the bathroom!!!!
