Hi! Well I got my plastic surgery date for the first of two surgeries, May 10th. Very exciting. This morning though, I'm off to get a new tire. My second flat in 4 months. Grr.

QOTD: Maybe something experiential like a spa day would be fun and not something I'd normally do for myself.

B - coffee, yogurt, berries, grain free granola

L - real good pizza

D - fish and broccoli

S - starbucks latte, cheese and salami

First up will be the 360 body lift, modified medial thigh lift (I only need the top half of my thighs done), fat transfer to my rear, and some lipo here and there. The second one will be arms and breasts.

I have been intermittent fasting the last two weeks so this breakfast today was out of the box. Usually I wait until noon to eat.

Early morn - coffee with 2 Tbls heavy whipping cream

Late breakfast - half egg, i small piece bacon, quarter pork sausage link (it was a big one) This was at a company thing so i couldn't weigh anything......where's my portable scale? lol

Lunch - 2 tbls cream cheese, riced cauliflower medley with teryiaki (don't really like this version), 2.85 broiled salmon with skin

D - Green Giant riced cauliflower risotto medley (this one is my fave cauliflower rice), 2.85 ounces salmon

E - 30 minutes of 9Round kickboxing class! Boom!

Good Morning :) TGIF again - working from home as per normal then off to get my hair cut and coloured before we head up to the farm. Still snuffly from this cold that just doesnt want to seem to go.

QOTD: Im hard to buy for as I am already very lucky. I still have the money my mum and relatives gave me last birthday to spend. I may buy perfume as Im nearly out

Its pretty special :) And Im counting down the years till we can live there full time.

Just need to work hard and be patient - if only that was super easy he he he - the patience thing I mean !
