Whatcha Eating Today VSGers Sunday 3/11/18
I am definitely suffering from lost time today!! I feel like I lost half my day. Sunday is my busy day to include cleaning the house, cleaning my 75 gallon aquarium, cooking, packing lunches, What a difference and hour makes!
QOTD: I had an android and switched to iPhone several years ago, and I will never go back. Apple has great customer service. I buy a nice case and a screen protector, and if ever something mechanical goes wrong with my phone, Apple will replace it. Comes in handy for my 19 year old in college who goes through phones like she goes through underwear. I also like Apple security features.
Breafast: hard boiled egg
lunch: 1 hard shell taco with beef, cheese, taco sauce, and spinach (Substitute lettuce)
dinner:1/2 barbecue boneless skinless chicken thigh, 2 Brussels sprouts
snacks: cottage cheese, 1/2 isopure protein drink
water: struggling but still working on it.
vitamins: taken all
exercise: busted my tail cleaning and cooking and due to lost hour I'm throwin' in the towel. Exhausted!
Erin T - its a small world. I was wishing a good friends son a Happy Birthday last week and on her page I saw an Erin T on her page as a friend. Too funny funny - her name is Vicky S and her son is Kyle S- I coached Kyle for years in Hockey and they are great folks. thought it was funny. BTW - I dont talk WLS on FB so would never mention that how I knew you...I know you are an open book about it...I am not.

Yes! I've actually seen that connection before too. Vicky's son Matt is one of our close friends and Vicky is our favorite loan officer, lol.
I am completely "out" about my surgery, but I actually have only posted about it on Facebook on my 1-year anniversary of surgery, so I get it!
