The "official" challenge ended at end of day yesterday. So send your results/comments and I will post the winner next week. I'll put up another reminder on Monday for those who don't read on weekends, but you only need to reply once.

Of course anyone is free to continue eating that way if you wish...

I had one deviation from CAMAW throughout the week. My weight stayed pretty much stable, which is good!

Hi Liz! I did really well for the first 4 days, stayed on plan without any deviation. The 5th day was the real struggle. A friend brought me a homemade loaf of French bread with homemade raspberry jelly, I ate the first cut of the end piece. I almost made it:-)

Lost 2.6 pounds, 172.6 down to 170.(eta-corrected my math)

Thanks for organizing the CAMAW/AMAW challenge Liz, going to keep with it. I immediately put the loaf of French bread in the freezer, double wrapped and tucked way in the back!:-)

I stuck with it until one bite of chocolate cake at 9:30 Friday night, lol.

Lost 2.6 lbs - I felt much smaller too!

Today, however, I ate cereal, cookies and 1/2 a cupcake. I plan to do a modified CAMAW on Monday - I am adding in vegetables. I really missed them.
