First off I'm 16 now and I'm down 60 pounds. People really didn't notice and some still don't I thinks it's because teens are so wrapped up in what they are doing that they don't even notice. I'm a pretty slow looser but, it's coming off and i'm soo much happier. I can eat anything but, smaller amts. I got rid of carbs except for toast in the morning with eggs and a clementine. I went from the fat friend to oh she's cute. People respect you more. Now instead of guys wanting to see what you "will do for them " they try to impress you and treat you the way you deserve to be treated . ok that was my rant .

Congrats on your success and thanks for checking in.

I've definitely felt that people treat me better with my weight loss, but then I feel that I also treat myself better? So who knows.

WHOA.

What's wrong with talking to "ugly" guys? Do you realize that you're treating "ugly guys" the same way people treated "fat you" before you started losing weight?

Not cool.

Beauty is only skin deep. Most people are not at their most attractive in high school.

Talk to people because they are interesting or funny or kind, not out of obligation.

A good observation for both OP and the people she talks to.

One thing you'll learn as you gain life experience is that looks mean very little if the person underneath is a jerk.

And visa versa someone can become very handsome and attractive if a great moral person with a good personality.
