What you guys think about this Pizza

I would maybe have half a serving in maintenance but would not touch this while trying to lose weight. Way too many carbs. If you want pizza there are a ton of low carb recipes out there. I've heard good things about this one but haven't tried it: https://www.wholesomeyum.com/recipes/fathead-pizza-crust-low-carb-keto-gluten-free-nut-free/
Thank you. Once I am a few months out I will try that one. It looks like it taste better :)
I think I said this in my last comment to you, but my rule of thumb is "at least one gram of protein for every 10 calories." So this pizza would need to have no more than 120 calories for the 12 grams of protein it offers. Or it would need to have 33 grams of protein for the 330 calories.

Always watch out for the word "WITH", It just means that there is some of that ingredient, but it doesn't have to be much. The carbs on this pizza are too high for weight loss. I looked up Meetza recipes on youtube when I was losing. You can find a pizza sauce that is very low carb. I satisfied the urge for pizza and a tiny serving is super filling.

Per your recent posts, it seems like you're looking for quick foods. I suggest deli meats, cheese slices, pre-cooked chicken breast (just check for added fillers that add carbs), eggs & breakfast meat/cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, cheese sticks, jerky. You can also cook a boatload of grab and go meats in the crockpot if you aren't eating full solid food yet.
If I were you I'd stay away from gimmicky processed foods, because they are really designed to add carbs and make us crave.

Thank you so much for the info. Everyday I learn something new :) and I'm sorry if Im being a pain with the questions just trying to eat the best things I can. Before this surgery I never use to read labels, so this is new to me. Thanks :)
