Hello! & update with pics
Hello! It has been a while since I have posted but I still read these forums almost every day. I am still tracking and measuring, sipping and getting my protein out.
I am now 5 months out and I have lost 95 lbs in total, 67 since surgery. I started upping my calories in early February (fromm 500/day to max 650) and the loss has slowed, so I guess I need to drop them down again. I am also increasing my exercise but no change yet.
I can?t believe how much my life has changed! I am learning to run and have my first 5k race in two weeks. After 15 years I started ice skating again. And best of all, I have a new job! After being stuck for 11 years I took the plunge and out myself out there. Within a month I had a higher level position and considerably higher pay at a new company. I am too superstitious to say ?no regrets? but so far I have been happy happy happy :).
