Progress (Pics]
Sometimes I cant believe all the progress I've made. After surgery I promised myself this was going to be my chance at a better and healthier me. It gets harder to see the progress but when I look at before and after pictures it blows my mind away. I was told to take lots of pictures of before and after's but it was the hardest thing for me to do. Now that I try to do before and after's I have a hard time finding a before picture because I never bothered to take pictures of my body it was the most uncomfortable thing to do. At this point it still is a little bit uncomfortable its something I have to get used to. Part of this journey is documenting your progress so I'm stepping out of my comfort zone just a bit. This hasn't been easy its been a lot of adjusting and getting used to a new lifestyle. I finally learned why people in this Journey say "I don't eat just to eat I eat for Nutrition" and I absolutely agree! 3 Months Post Op and its still the best decision I have ever made!
