Hey everyone my name is Omar I am in the stage where I could eat soft meat, fish, shrimp, etc. I'm not to good with reading these labels, so i wanted to know if anyone know if the picture i am adding is good to eat. This is Shrimps. Thank you in advance

I would avoid anything breaded while in weight loss phase (and beyond, but especially then). I can't really read the ingredients, but it appears by the carbs that it's breaded.

My rule of thumb is at least a gram of protein for every 10 calories. This doesn't cut it at 18 protein in 206 calories.

It's a little suboptimal. If you want shrimp, just have shrimp. That will have just protein, zero carbs, and save you some calories.

Thank you guys for the reply. I put the bag in the garbage already. I am 4 weeks out of surgery and already lost 45 pounds. I'm heading now to the supermarket to buy some fresh fish and shrimp before this snowstorm comes in. Everyone have a beautiful and positive day.
