5 months out - Still very happy with this decision!
I'll be 5 months out on the 16th of this month and this is still the best decision I've ever made for myself! I'm 4 clothing sizes smaller. I have little to no back, hip, knee, or foot pain anymore. I can climb stairs! My only frustration is that I'm losing hair. I figure if that's the only one I'm doing ok!
I've found I can eat just about anything without feeling sick, but I am sticking to a high protein/low carb lifestyle.

KD, I'm 5 months today as well, and agree its the best decision I've made in terms of health for many, many years! Hooray for us.
Hair loss as well....It's supposed to come back.
Doing the same with diet. We rock!

A Post I'm happy to read. I'm having sleeve done next week and primarily because of pain. So much is wrong with joints & back, who knows whats going to respond well to surgery. So WLS is the ultimate "cure all" in my case. And then at a healthier weight orthopedic surgeries or others have a better chance of working. Hair loss bites. Been there done that, already pinning products to try. I totally feel the same- dealing with hair is much easier than dealing with immobility & physical pain. So happy for ur success! God Bless!
