Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday, 2/27/2018
Good afternoon, all! Administration decided to shake things up and moved me upstairs in our clinic to reception up there. It's a different world, and after finally feeling like I was settling in after 4 months, I'm back to feeling like a fish out of water. Bleh. But, I'll do whatever they feel is best for the organization, and forge ahead. I don't have to like it though lol
QOTD:Great one today, LadyBlue! I guess my real strength is research. I like ferreting out the answer to a questio or problem, and sometimes I think I would have been good with a career in research.
B: Yogurt w/peanut butter, coffee w/cream and xylitol
L: Turkey snack sticks, Swirls cheese sticks, zucchini slices
D: Smoked pulled pork, broccoli with lots of butter

Good Morning All, Hoping for a quieter day today. Have to go register my MG after work (praying the queues wont be a mile long) then into city to visit with my Sister in Law as shes in hospital
QOTD: Would have to be organisation and the ability to juggle many things. Has developed over the years through necessity
B: Yoghurt with couple of spoons of grain cereal
S: Boiled Egg
L: Silverside and egg - maybe some beetroot relish
D: TBD - will likely stop for something on the way home

Late post... I hiked 8 miles this morning with a high temp of 46 and sprinkling with not enough layers because I usually get so hot hiking. Not today. I was chilled to the core and spent the rest of the day in the house in a parka!
QOTD: I'm a great internet researcher. If it's out there, I can find it.
B - coffee, yogurt, berries, grain free granola
L - real good pizza
D - steak, broccoli, carrots
S - cheese, crackers, Starbucks latte. Still have 500 calories left for the day! Hmmm...
QOTD: I have a good eye for design, color and decorating.
I am trying to cut out snacks and up my protein to make sure my meals are more filling.
B: 4 oz rotisserie chicken breast, 1/4 small avocado
L: Eat out with a client, so approx. 3 oz grilled chicken breast with cheese, bacon and a few bites of steamed broccoli
S: 1 small piece of very dark chocolate and a few raspberries
D: The remaining grilled chicken from lunch
