Happy Saturday! I hope you all have a good weekend planned. Other than walking dogs and washing clothes, I'm not sure what we will be doing

QOTD: What is the longest you have lived alone at any point in your life? I'm almost embarrassed to say never! I think of myself as pretty independent, but I went from my childhood home to an early marriage and child and have always lived with a child in the home or a husband since then. Maybe that is why I cherish alone time so much?

1 year, 11 months post-op

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Possibly leftover salmon and veggies

S: Cottage cheese and/or yogurt and/or prosciutto mozzarella stick

Happy Saturday everyone. Today is cooking and cleaning. We will have the in-laws over for a fish dinner (with our fresh caught whiting!) tomorrow and I need to tidy the house.

QOTD: The longest I lived alone was about 2 years. In between the end of my first marriage and moving up to Jacksonville to live with my future second husband, I lived on my own. I didn't mind it and could do it again, but I'm happiest today with hubby #2 and my mother. We make a great team since we all have different strengths and weaknesses and they complement each other.

M1: Coffee, PP banana and cream, miralax

M2: Sous vide pork and an egg

M3: Salami and cheese

M4: Spinach and mozzarella chicken sausage with alfredo and shirataki noodles

M5: Chinese BBQ pork (fried rice for the family)

S: None today (I have sworn off snacks for awhile).

E: Nothing specific.

Water/Vits: On track

Good morning, all! Busy weekend for me, I hope the rain stays away.

QOTD: 35 years. I've been single my whole life, and after moving out of my parents house when I was 19, there have only been a couple of short times when I wasn't alone. I moved back in with them in my early 20s a couple of times for about 6 months each time, then my sister lived with me for about a year, then my ex-fiance lived with me for about 6 months. So yeah, pretty much always lived alone. I like being around people, but love my alone time as well.

B: Yogurt w/peanut butter, coffee w/cream and xylitol

L: Probably my usual work lunch, easy to transport: Turkey snack sticks, cheese sticks, zucchini slices

D: Keto chili with cauliflower rice, coffee w/cream and xylitol

Water and vites on track

E: Moving stuff to a storage locker, so lots of exercise this weekend!

It's my son's 10th birthday party today and it's going to be 80 degrees out! Almost too hot for me, but pretty perfect for a bbq. Preparing all of the food (especially the lemon cream cake) has been hard for me. I found myself tasting and nibbling as I cooked and realized how easily those old habits pop back up. Stopped myself from licking spoons and such by tossing them straight into the soapy dishwater, but I was majorly tempted.

QOTD: Liz I'm with you. Never. I went from my parents & brothers and sisters, to living with my friends (in our early twenties we always rented big houses and houses next door and lived together), back to my parents, then on to live with my hubs and our children. I've never lived with less than two other people! I actually only like a little alone time. An hour or two is enough for me and then I want company!

b - Protein shake

l - cheeseburger & salad

d - maybe a hot dog

s - a bite of lemon cake and potato salad as I prepared them

Hello! I'm spending the weekend with my mom and today we have computer stuff, ping pong, and The Greatest Showman planned.

QOTD: I have never lived alone. I lived with my parents, then at school, and then I got married. I'm okay with this however, like you, I also cherish my alone time!

1: 2 fried eggs, 1 piece toast
2: eating at the grille here - no idea what the options will be. Lunch meat and cheese is always my default.
3: we'll eat out after the movie but, no idea where!

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: ping pong!

My family and I saw The Greatest Showman on Christmas Eve we loved it! Well my husband thought ok... the girls and I loved it! Who can't love it with Hugh Jackman, not hard on the eyes and supposedly such a wonderful husband and father in real life to boot.

I've never lived alone either and at this point in my life I don't think I ever will. I'm happy with that, but like you, I really covet my alone time.
