Happy Friday! I'm going to see an ABBA tribute show tonight. Should be fun!
QOTD: I love to learn new stuff too! At this moment, I wish I knew more about painting techniques. I'm taking a class, but my color mixing and brush techniques need a lot of work.
B - coffee, yogurt, berries, grain free granola
L - eggs, bacon
D - maybe fajitas? Going to a Mexican restaurant
S - popcorn, cheese
Hello all! Late entry due to lots of social visits today.
QOTD: This is rather tough - I am just getting used to being retired and forgetting about work stuff! Maybe more about interior decorating and how to lighten/brighten a space?
1 year, 11 months post-op
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Out to dinner - fish of some sort
S: Cottage cheese and/or yogurt and/or prosciutto mozzarella stick

I don't really know what I wish I knew more about. That's a hard question. I guess simple things like cooking quicker vsg meals which I can google.
Breakfast: Nature's Own Wheat and protein bread with whipped Greek cream cheese
Lunch: left over baby back ribs
Dinner: my coworker brought me some roast she slow cooked
snack: fage 0% plain yogurt and half a caramel premier protein shake
B: 1 Scrambled Egg with a pinch of shredded Cheese
S: Protein Shake
L: 1/4 C Shredded Chicken with BBQ Sauce, 1/4 C mashed Sweet Potato
D: Same as lunch
Will have another protein shake in a bit.
Boot camp today. Modified push-ups with some shoulder exercises and med ball slams. Modified burpees with Jump rope. I don't have clearance for core work yet, as I just got the rest of my staples out today and am still bleeding out of that incision (had a super large hematoma, from surgery, burst on 2/14...not fun).

I never got around to answering my own question! Busy day.
I pretty much wish I knew more about everything, since I love to learn. At this particular instance, I would like to know more about what makes my GERO prof tick.
