Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday, 2/21/2018
Good morning everyone! Sounds like you are going to have a good and full day today Gwen, enjoy lunch with your friend. In a few minutes I am going to make a Texas buttermilk sweet cake for my neighbor. We have a deal, I keep him supplied with sweets(his wife does not bake) and he plows my driveway. I am going to quickly wrap up the rest and give it to my uncle so it won't be around to supply my nighttime cravings!
QOTD-A beloved local ER physician has been missing since Sunday. He is an expert Nordic skier and was wearing his beacon when he went backcountry skiing, he hasn't been seen since and there is no signal from his beacon. I am going to have to answer this QOTD on a serious note and with a countdown to either finding him or his body so his family doesn't have to wait and wonder in agony. There is an intensive air and ground search and we have had clear skies, but really bad below zero temps at night.

Hey all!
QOTD: Is it super weirdly morbid that my first thought was when I was going to kick the bucket? If it's sooner rather than later, I've got a lot of stuff to pack in! If it's a whole lot later, then that's less to be anxious about. But then if it's earlier, I'd be constantly wondering what will cause it. And don't get me started on how freaked I'd be when it got down to the final countdown. You all don't want to live in my brain. It's exhausting in there.
B - coffee, yogurt, berries, grain free granola
L - cheese, crackers, salami, tomatoes
D - beef mushroom stew, broccoli
S - popcorn, egg
You are at a healthy weight and doing great on exercise. No reason to do that countdown anytime soon!

I'm excited because I just made an appointment for a laser hair removal consult! I've always had a lot of hair, and there was a great deal on Groupon, so I decided to try it out on some of my very much unwanted facial hair. I have several friends who've done it and really liked it, so I'm looking forward to it.
QOTD: Ooo, good question! There are a ton of things, but right now I'd probably say a countdown to when I'll hit my goal weight.
