I am not a good dieter. They would last about 45 minutes. (NOT KIDDING!!) My brother made a comment that he's pleasantly surprised that I have been behaving myself since my surgery. I'm really good about sticking with the program, BUT getting tired of not losing weight!

2 months 12 days since surgery

B: 1 slice cheese and 1 slice sweet lebanon bologna roll up

L: 1/2 fajita chicken w/veggies

D: meatloaf or leftover chicken, not sure.

S: Protein bar.

Just not feeling the urge to stay on track today. But, I'm doing it. I would love to attack the chocolate cake someone brought in, or the week old doughnuts, but I'm behaving myself. Maybe if I make it out of work today without hitting the sweets, I will treat the doggie and I to some SF/FF pudding.

It's very cold by California standards here! It was 39 when I got up this morning at 8. I think we8re supposed to get up into the 50s today. Brr. I know, no sympathy.

QOTD: I usually would hit a clothing crisis and that would trigger a diet. You can be tall or you can be fat, but according to clothing manufacturers, you cannot be both. So clothes were a real anxiety producer for me. Most of my diets were a result of clothing trauma.

B - coffee, yogurt, berries, grain free granola

L - real good pizza

D -something from Chilis. Grilled chicken salad probably

S - popcorn, cheese

Funny about the warm weather, because it started snowing for a hot minute randomly today, and we hardly ever get snow where I live...

QOTD: January...of course.

M1: Cold Brew, + SF Syrup + 4oz NF Fairlife Milk + 4oz Unsweetened Almond Milk

M2: Chicken Sausage + Cheddar + Onion Dip

M3: Yogurt + Low Carb Granola

M4: Korean Beef

M5: Chocolate PB Protein Truffle

Hello all- I generally started a new diet at least once a month- low carb, liquids, fruit only, nutri system, weigh****chers - you name it I tried it!! I tried it- until I made my mind up- enough is enough.

M1: Greek yogurt

M2: premier protein

M3: Salmon

S1: jello

S2: protein beef broth
