I wish there was a good way to help her see the light, but you can't flip the switch in another person no matter how much you love them. I had a lot of really uncomfortable/scarring conversations with my parents about my weight over the years. I never took it as helpful advice even though that was how it was intended. I always took it as I wasn't good enough as I was. Just be supportive when she brings it up and silent on the subject when she doesn't. I think your thoughts on WW vs JC are spot on!
I didn't enter my menu on OH yesterday, I'm going back and logging it for posterity.
QOTD: This is a tough one for me. If someone asks me, I share my story. They can take from it what they will.
M1: Coffee, PP vanilla, miralax
M2: 2.5 oz short ribs
M3: 3 oz short ribs and .25 ounces of olives and pickled okra
M4: Skipped
M5: 2 oz pork taco meat, Quest cheddar and sour cream protein chips (1/4 bag), light sour cream, 2 oz cheese, a bit of chopped onion.
S: Almonds and 3 bags of smart delight popcorn.
E: Nothing specific.
Water/Vits: On track
