No weightloss for 18 days ð??
Food should be measured by weight, not volume. Ditch the Dixie cup and grab a food scale. They have several at Wal-Mart that are under 10 bucks. I got mine for 8 bucks with Amazon Prime.
I just stalled for 9 days and then suddenly lost 7 pounds in 3 days. This is the longest stall I've had since getting my surgery and I understand that it's frustrating. I would download MyFitnessPal or Bariatastic and log your food. Without knowing what you're consuming, you can't really know if you're eating too much or if you're eating the wrong things.
Bread and crackers aren't the devil, but they should probably be eaten in moderation. I had a serving of whole grain saltines twice last week with chicken salad and I had 1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread as a half sandwich with meat and cheese once last week. As long as I keep my bread under 2 servings a week and my crackers at a minimum, my weight loss typically stays steady. I try to keep my carbs under 80 a day, including veggies and such.
Are you staying mobile? Weight loss is like 90% diet, but exercise can improve your circulation, mood, and metabolism. :-) I got a Novete fitness tracker on Amazon for 27 bucks, and I shoot for 8,500 steps a day and 10 minutes of elevated heart rate (I use aerobics videos on Youtube.)
Also, Gwen has a good point. Share a typical daily menu so people can give specific feedback! :-)

I have been in maintenance for over 16 months and I still have very little bread or crackers. I might have one dinner roll a week (when out and it's warm and worth eating). I do eat Nut Thins perhaps 5 days a week but limit them to one serving AT MOST (130 calories). I almost never had either when in weight loss mode and kept under 800 calories during that period.

You are making good adjustments. Just wanted to add in that you might be switching to a stair step type loss pattern. That happened to me right around the same time period. I would go up to 21 days without losing a half pound, but then drop 10 pounds in 48 hours. Overall if you check my monthly amounts it was fairly consistent, but it sure didn't feel that way when I was on week 3 of that stair step pattern with no progress. Just stick to the plan- it will work!

This happens to me, and it seems to coincide with my menstrual cycle. 2 weeks before period scale doesn't move, or I even gain a pound or two. As soon as period starts I drop pound or two immediately, then another half pound to pound daily for about a week. Has happened three months in a row now.
That was my pattern as well- it really helped me to realize the pattern. Made it a lot easier to wait it out and not derail.

I'm happy to report that I have gone down 1.5 lbs today. The last few days I have been making sure to drink my protein shake and at least 6 8oz cups of water. I have also restricted carbs to a small taste at either breakfast or lunch. Using the myfitnesspal has really helped me stay conscious of what I am eating and avoid the BLTs (Bites Licks & Tastes) while preparing meals and snacks for the kids, they really add up.
Thank you, everyone for sharing your experiences, advice and best practices. Hopefully I can post some more good news this week.
It has been 9 days since my initial post and I am happy to report that I am back on track. I have lost an additional 4.5 pounds. (And weigh less than 250lbs for the first time in a decade!)
I truly beleive being dedicated to both protein and hydration were huge in getting things moving in the right direction and tracking and measuring foods is keeping me mindful of what goes in my mouth.
Thank you again, everyone, for your words of wisdom and sharing best practices with me. You made a difference.
