Today DH is home and we will be tackling areas that he needs to be here for. We plan on going through our tech closet (which is a big four door storage area) and purging and re-organizing. Wish me luck that I stay married.

QOTD: Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall and why?

I prefer winter. At least I do where I live. I love the cold weather, but like the fact that it warms up here in Florida and tempers the cold. I would probably prefer fall if I lived up north.

M1: Coffee, PP caramel, miralax

M2: TBD - Cleaning out the fridge

M3: TBD - Cleaning out the fridge

M4: TBD - Cleaning out the fridge

M5: TBD - Cleaning out the fridge

S: Something protein forward if needed

E: Nothing specific.

Water/Vits: On track so far for today.

Spring! Winter is miserable for the most part here in the northeast and spring is a time of new hope - flowers start blooming, 50 degrees feels wonderful and the days get longer. I LOVE IT.

B: cheerios and noosa vanilla bean (the most amazing yogurt on this earth)

L: : / idk

D: leftovers (chicken marsala, leftover Chinese for the hubs)

E: idk, my calves are doing weird cramping things. Drinking more water

L/V: yes! did I mention my calves are doing weird cramping things, lol

Morning! Just working from home today. Yesterday was very busy and I'm sore because of it.

QOTD: Summer, but I think spring/fall will become my answer when we move south. Summers are very temperate here and we rarely see much more than 80 degrees. But, that means that spring/fall/winter can be downright bitter cold!

Today I'm getting my hair cut and highlighted by a new-to-me stylist. I HATE trying new people, so hopefully she will do a good job. I also need to start figuring out what I have to do to register my car here in Florida since we are going to be leaving it here.

QOTD: Summer always in the Northeast (Beach!). Though I suppose here in Florida that would equate to fall and spring...

1 year, 10.5 months post-op

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: fish of some sort and veggies

I've gotten some phone calls taken care of this morning, and home exercises for my left foot issue. Woo. In a little bit I'm heading out to stop by the post office to pick up a package and then meet up with my bereavement group for lunch.

QOTD: I prefer fall because the temperatures are great for running and the pollen is lower than it is in spring.

1: protein shake
2: probably crispy shredded beef but I don't know. I'm not super hungry feeling. Maybe just a sushi roll if they have any exciting sushi.
3: leftover pork tenderloin salad

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: foot stuff!

Me too Yvonne, it's light out until 10pm in the summer where I live and my depression is always better because of the longer days!

Good morning! I'm taking my good friend to have a tooth pulled today, she is 86 years old and very independent, very stubborn and very feisty. She would have done this on her own if the dental office would let her drive herself. Afterwards I will stop at the grocery store and then take Emmy for a walk if it is still light out.

QOTD-I love Spring, Fall and Summer because they are not Winter! If I had to choose, then it would be summer. We only have 6-8 weeks of it, so every moment of it is precious.

B-1/2 Quest protein bar

L-scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese

S-Chai tea w/cream & stevia

D-Avocado and chicken salad

S-other half of Quest bar or string cheese if needed

E-Walk the dog
