Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday, 2/6/2018
Good Morning From Australia all..... Working from home again today - will spend my final day in the office tommorrow. Still feels weird
Went to the NUT for my 6 mth checkup (1 month late) last night. It was a huge confidence boost. She hadnt seen me since before my surgery and was floored with how I am looking both figure wise and my skin etc. I have now met their 1 year goal with 70% of total excess weight loss and im still going. We discussed my goal which I recently decreased by 11 lbs due to how Im feeling - ribs n hip bones sticking out etc. She would like to see another 11lbs and Im going 24lbs. This will take me to 92% of my excess weight and give me some wiggle room. I will see how I feel when I get there. My bloods are all perfect. My fatty liver count halved - it went with the 70+lbs Ive lost and Im thankful. So basically I am right on track and feeling fabulous. I am thankful everyday that I made this decision and for how this tool allows you to feel a million $$$

Good morning!
Bit of a stressful day at work today and I needed my OH fix! I'm told I'm an amazing teacher and I get great evals...but I cannot MAKE 100% of students pass their state test when they come to me with such low reading levels. I'm so glad I found this site. It's great reading all of our posts and keeping myself focused on what's really important right now in my life.
QOTD: I would take either, as I think both are beautiful, but I'm not the "plant" type. I'd rather have a garden, maybe something easy to care for. I've done veggies before!
B: premier chocolate
L: Taco Casserole
D: Salsa Crockpot Chicken
Snacks: babybel cheese, hard salami

I just saw it (I follow him on Instagram****pt thinking I would do it sometime this year, but given that it's only February I hadn't done anything about it yet. Now this has me thinking! His normal price is anywhere from $15k to $25k. This special is $11,500. Can't say I wouldn't mind paying less for something I already want with the surgeon I was already planning to use. Eek. Feels more real now! I think I need to schedule a consultation (I had one with him 4 years ago and never went ahead with it, but my body looks different after this weight loss).
Go for it!
