Isn't it Friday yet??

QOTD: I prefer cut flowers, but have NEVER, EVER received them unless I had had a car accident, or when my mother died. My hubby REFUSES to spend money on stuff like that, but then wonders why I could care less about where our marriage goes. You would think he would take the hint. (Oh, I have NOT been subtle!!)

M1: 1/2 chicken filet

M2: PP shake

M3: 1/2 leftover hamburger

M4: cheese stick

M5: Chicken parm

Snack: baloney..or maybe a half of a protein bar. I don't know.

Today I've got my first appointment with a new therapist, so fingers crossed she's a good fit! After that, I've got an appointment with the Dentist for a filling, so I'm in for a fun afternoon...

QOTD: Cut flowers. I like indoor plants fine enough, but I've never been a big fan of indoor flowering plants for some reason.

M1: Protein Rush! Shake + Cold Brew

M2: Bacon Ranch Tuna Salad + 1/2 serving Whisps

M3: Turkey Jerky + Dill Havarti

M4: Crockpot Bourbon Chicken

M5: Protein Banana Pudding

E: Lots of walking for my various appointments

Vites: Switching over from chewable multi to capsule multi today, so I'm hoping that my stomach doesn't have an issue with it

Good morning! I got called into my summer job yesterday and today to cover for someone with the flu. I sanitized the whole office before I even sat down, hope it helps. Everyone is gone to a conference until 1pm, so it's really, really quiet.

QOTD-I can't choose, I love them both. I try and buy a fresh bouquet every once and awhile and always cut and bring my cosmos into the house during the summer. I have three plants inside the home now, one isn't doing so well.

B-Chia, flax and pumpkin seed hot cereal w/cream & stevia

L-more protein pancakes

S-probably nothing today

D-grilled steak, mushrooms and veggies

E-take Emmy for a walk this afternoon when I get home.

This week has been up and down and round and round. This new job is stressing me out! I have to travel to LA next week so, this will be my first work trip since surgery. So, going to test my eating out skills. I'm also a bit bummed I only lost .6 this week, but I know it was from the three evenings I had beer. Don't want to go down that road again.

QOTD: I love real plants, but I cannot keep them alive. I lose interest too quickly. I love getting fresh flowers but they make me a bit sad when they die.
