Been to church and finish up my housework. Having a friend over for dinner.
Qotd I usually don't get invited to parties. If I do, I just get told to just come.

QOTD: I love to cook, so I usually spend forever finding the perfect recipe to bring to a party. It tends to not be something super diet friendly. The last thing I brought to a potluck wasn't so bad - it was a taco recipe in wonton skins I found on Pinterest. Yummy.
B - coffee, yogurt, berries, grain free granola
L - real good pizza
D - shrimp tacos
S - trying to reign it in today...
Good Morning All - Start of the working week for me. Had a fabulous weekend at our block - just pottered and got some mowing/slashing done. Had my 2 sister in laws, Brother in law and nephew for dinner Sat night - it was lovely and relaxed. We cooked a Maple Glazed Ham which went down a treat.
QOTD: I love to cook and its pretty varied - as Hubby also loves to cook. The biggest thing is time for us - between working full time and driving between 2 homes. But the last thing I took to a party - little girl next doors 4th birthday was a Watermelon Ladybug "cake" and fruit skewers - see pics. Went down a treat

D: TBD - working from home today so might do a nice dinner for Hubby (we are cleaning my MG car ready for its roadworthy tommorrow. Cant wait to get it on the road. Super exciting

Lots of weekly chores for me today. Cleaning the kitchen and my bedroom, laundry, & meal prep. With plenty of time for relaxing throughout the day. Not a big sports fan, so probably won't be watching the superbowl, though might tune in for the half-time show...
QOTD: I don't really have a particular recipe. I honestly don't attend many parties involving food, and I haven't really given too much thought to what I'd bring if I had to attend one. But I have a bunch of recipes bookmarked that I think would qualify, so I'd just look through those if the need arises.

Posting just to keep myself honest. I had a busy weekend.
QOTD: Haven't been sleeved long enough to know for sure, but what I will make is sugar free jelly siracha crock pot meat balls. They are tasty and good toothpick food.

M4: Butter poached sous vide lobster and scallops with garlic, swiss mashed cauliflower

S: Two mixed drinks, no carb alcohol, diet pepsi, stevia and lemon. (But I counted the calories!) Superbowl indulgence
