QOTD: A normal weekend for us usually involves going to one of Ry's games for whichever sport is in season, taking the kids to piano, and attending some sort of family function. (We've got a big, close family so it's always someone's birthday or a holiday, or there's some other reason to gather!). This weekend is my nephew's birthday and a super bowl party (which I'm attending begrudgingly because my Steelers aren't playing. Guess I'll be an eagles fan for the day!)

QOTD: On weekdays I usually just go to work and then exercise 3-4 evenings. On the weekends is when I do housework, get my nails done, go to church, and workout on one of the days.
Breakfast: Hard boiled eggs, coffee
Lunch: Chicken burrito bowl
Dinner: Not sure, as I need to go grocery shopping!

Woke up to an inch of snow this morning. I found out yesterday that I definitely need to buy some ice cleats for my shoes this weekend!! I had to slide down a steep hill on my butt yesterday while hiking with my dog Emmy due to ice. I found a pair of Yaktrax at Cabela's for under $20 online that are in stock at the store. I can't believe I made it this long without them!
QOTD-My weekdays tend to run into the weekends as well. I usually take my mom to the casino on Friday evenings if the weather permits. Saturday and Sunday are usually chores and grocery shopping. I try to cook something special on the weekends and have my uncle over for dinner.
Tomorrow is my cousin's daughter's baby shower. She had the baby 6 weeks early, so we get to meet the little one tomorrow.
B-Protein pancakes(eggs, cream cheese and protein powder) with SF maple syrup
L-Tuna and 1/2 apple
S-Chai tea and string cheese
D-Pot roast with root veggies
E-Safe walk with my dog on a path without ice!

The dr finally called me back about my ultrasound, I have a fatty liver and some stones in my gallbladder. As long I'm not having pain then they are going to leave it alone. Also got an appointment for the baritric dr about my binge eating since I changed my insurance to cover the medication for it.
Qotd I usually go to my friends house on Friday nigh****ch my dvr to catch up on my shows and exercise, go to church on Sunday and visit my dad if they are available and we're all healthy since my dad has copd.

D pork chop and kale salad

QOTD: On a "normal" weekend I usually try to go to the gym, go grocery shopping, meal prep, and get some other chores/errands done. I generally end up doing other things, but those are my weekend staples.
