And I'm at the same weight. I cannot move from 196!! I am so frustrated. Nothing has changed with my diet, I'm even trying to stay on the low side of calorie intake. I've read about stalls on here, but I'm wondering if anyone has advice? Do I just have to wait it out??

Yup, you just have to wait it out. If you're eating correctly, there's nothing to worry about. Chances are you didn't gain the weight in a steady, linear manner - weight loss is the same way.

Stick to the plan and you'll reach your goal.

I used to have weeks where i'd lose .8 and then next 2.6 - and eat basically the same... don't question the process, just stay the course! :D

Thanks ladies. Sometimes I have to remind myself go trust the process. No scale again until late next week!

I had the same thing happen and then 2.5 weeks later, I had lost a few pounds! So, don't worry about it, it will happen.

Stalls just suck. You have to bite the bullet, keep doing what you're doing, and it will pass. I don't know why the body holds on to our fat so strongly, but sometimes it is like it doesn't want to let go. Just keep pushing and you'll see that scale move again.

Stalls really mess with your head but just be the tortice - slow n steady wins the race

I found that switching to weighing once a week made a massive difference with my head space. I was obsessing over the weight and would get disappointed when it went up n down
