Happy Wednesday! Mom and I are going shopping today. Girls day out! We will finish up with lunch/dinner at Red Lobster. Should be a really fun day!

I've got a full day on the docket today. I've got an appointment to renew my passport around 11, followed by a trip to the grocery store for the week's groceries. Before and after it's working on my paper and, maybe, getting my discussion post for GERO posted. I made GREAT progress on my paper yesterday, so I'm feeling less overwhelmed. Other than that it's just cooking dinner and date night with Art!
QOTD: There is only one small kitchen appliance I would replace IMMEDIATELY, and that's my immersion blender. So I suppose it's my favorite :D
1: protein shake
2: leftover Chipotle steak bowl
3: sous vide lamb chops (4 hours @ 130F), "Smoked" & Roasted Whole Cauliflower from my cookbook of the week - Modern Israeli Cuisine
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: maybe yoga? If I have time. I didn't have time for anything yesterday.

Happy Hump Day. I'm happy to be working at home today - I'm tired and happy not to have one hour of commute each way.
QOTD: I love my kitchenaid mixer. It is amazing. I used to annually buy a cheapo hand mixer and burn through it each year and then finally invested in the kitchenaid. I LOVE IT. I also treated myself to the pasta attachment recently and made pasta with 00 flour. It's so soft and silky that I can actually eat a little without it being too heavy in my tummy. I'm happy to indulge in a little quality pasta once in a while, even if the quantity is small. I also received a vitamix a few years ago as a gift - it is also amazing.
B: english muffin with cottage cheese, sprinkled with cinnamon and cheddar melted on top - shared with the dogs, so probably actually ate 1/2 a muffin. This is an old WW recipe -and yummy
L: leftover enchillada
D: planning to cook - so maybe chicken or a steak, veg
S: the damn GS cookies - wisely, I only bought 1 box of thin mints for home!

QOTD: #1 is ABSOLUTELY my Keurig coffee maker (I LOVE coffee these days). Next would be my InstantPot.
1 year, 10 months post-op
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Burger poolside with sauerkraut
D: Either leftover grilled chicken and veggies or going out
S: Almonds

Hello all- my favorite kitchen appliance would have to be my crockpot. I love being able to throw food into the pot and bam! When I come home or wake up dinners done- lol! I received an airfyer for Christmas but have not had the chance to use it yet. I'm pretty sure it won't replace my crockpot.
M1: premier protein
M2: Greek yogurt
M3: Scallops or fish
S1: yougurt
S2:? Maybe broth based soup
Good morning,
Qotd electric grill and my instapot

L tuna, cottage cheese and kale salad
D low carb beef stroganoff and green beans
Have a good day
Nothing too exciting happening today, but I'll be happy to make it over the half-way point of the work week!
QOTD: This changes every few months or so, but currently it's probably my immersion blender, including the mini food-processer-like attachment that comes with it. I also really love my Instant Pot, but I haven't used it much since surgery. Though I plan to change that this weekend. :)
M1: Premier Protein + Cold Brew + SF Syrup
M2: Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad + String Cheese
