Vegetarian, not this time

I second the vote for Dr. Weiner (I'm biased). I follow his plan and it has worked great for me. I'm not a vegetarian; however, I eat relatively little meat. Rarely more than 2-3 oz a day in total, and often none at all for days at a time. I have no particular reason to be vegetarian, but I could very easily make that transition. I tend to eat less meat just because it's a lot easier on my pouch to eat beans, lentils, etc

I do eat eggs and a serving of greek yogurt daily (the yogurt is not part of Dr. Weiner's plan) which certainly helps me meet my protein goals. If you were considering an ovo vegetarian or lacto-ovo vegetarian approach, it would be simple to meet your protein goals for sure.
