Sadly they didn't have the eggwhite version when I was there! I'll try them next time for sure but I feel very little guilt over eating them other than the high-calorie count. Was a tasty and filling protein forward breakfast.

I ate both of them over 35 minutes and probably won't eat again until 1pm based off of how I'm feeling.

QOTD: All of my Italian cousins are named after grandparents - so there are a ton of Nicks, Nicoles, Stephanies, Stephens, Als, etc. My grandfather offered my non-Italian mother 5K to name me Alphonse if i was a boy - hard pass, lol. So I am named after no one and my mother passed up on 5K in 1961, which was alot of money then. FYI, my name is CarolAnn (like in Poltergeist).

B: steel cut oats

L: going out - so some shrimp, maybe chicken in red sauce

D: leftovers for sure

E: doubtful, at most a slow walk

Good luck with everything Erin!

QOTD: My mom named my older sister so my dad got to name me. He picked Jessica just because he liked it, and my middle name "Lee" was his mother's maiden name. She passed away before I was born so I never got to meet my namesake. Both of my kids have one of my parent's names as their middle name.

B - Coffee & PP

L - Roasted turkey and swiss

D - Chicken in the crockpot

E - tbd, vites on track

Good luck with your surgeries!! I was just looking into lower body lift information. It's relatively safe and I'm sure it'll go splendidly!

As a two-teacher-income family that has to fork over a pretty penny to have a child, I'm thinking I need to start a small savings account somewhere and periodically put money into it to save up over the next couple years. If I end up not being able to do the LBL, I'm definitely going to need a tummy tuck. I've lost almost 80 pounds since my highest weight ever, and everything seems to be getting smaller EXCEPT my abdominal area. It's more hangy already, too. :-l Small price to pay for feeling better and my health, of course. I don't mean to sound ungrateful!

QOTD: My parents just really liked the name Amanda, which is funny since my brother and sister are both named after older family members (James and Elizabeth.) Mandy, Lizzy, and Jimmy were our nicknames and our parents thought it was cute, haha.

B: 1 egg white sous vide egg bite from Starbucks/Jade Citrus mint tea with splenda

L: premier protein shake and 3 oz. of baked chicken with lemon juice/pepper (two hours apart)

D: Probably the italian crockpot chicken we made last night (rolls for fam)

Snacks: babybel cheese, maybe some greek yogurt

The surgeon said I'd have good results with either a TT or an LBL, but that a TT would accentuate my 'flaws' in other areas later. He hiked up my skin in the back to show me what he could do and I said "Yes! I want that!". I don't want to have to go back for another surgery if at all possible, so I figured I might as well just go all the way!

My sister has a doctor's appointment today and is super freaked out my doctors and needles, so I'm taking a half-day to hold her hand at the appointment. Not sure yet what I'll eat while out...Potentially might just have a protein shake when I get home but we'll see.

QOTD: My name is the feminine version of my dad's name. His name is the same as his mother's (my grandmother's) maiden name. And my middle name is the same as my aunt (my dad's sister). So my name is basically entirely inspired by my dad/dad's side of the family. Meanwhile, my sister's name is 100% unique. So funny.

M1: Premier Protein + Cold Brew

M2: Cheesy Cauliflower Mash

M3: Crack Chicken

M4: TBD as I'll be out, possibly a string cheese or half a protein bar. Meant to grab a protein shake but I left it at home :/

M5: Egg + Cheese + Avocado

M6: Protein Pudding

I am going to really try to post in these threads as much as I can. After an 8-hour day of staring at a computer screen I have to force myself to log in.

QOTD: My first name is Mary Catherine, but I go by Catherine. I am named after a great aunt, and between our generations I have a cousin who was also named after her. Aunt Mary was a tiny sparrow of a woman, and Cousin Mary was a very large woman. As a kid, we werw called Big, Medium and Little Mary (oh, family). Cousin Mary passed away about 8 yrs ago and I remember one of my other elderly aunts turning to me and saying "Well, I guess that makes you Big Mary now." >:/. None of them are with us anymore, so I suppose I can finally declare myself "Little Mary" afterall. Pffft.

3.5 mos post-op:

M1: Boiled egg white, greek yogurt, 1 lg strawberry

M2: Light babybel, tuna w/ low fat tzatziki

S: Celery stick with hummus

M3: Cottage cheese w/ chickpeas and quinoa

S: Premier Protein shake

More carby than usual but I'm having a hard time with constipation this week. Softeners aren't doing it so tomorrow I will try to find Miralax or whatever the Canadian equivalent is.
