Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Friday 1/26/18
Morning Guys! Today will be my last day doing the menu thread for a while because I'll be having an LBL and BL on Monday morning. I am leaving for D.C. early tomorrow morning. I hope that after a few days I'll feel up to at least getting on and participating in the menu thread, although I imagine it will mostly be protein shakes for a bit!
QOTD: Playing off Gwen's question yesterday, who were you named after - if anyone? My middle name (Sue) was named after my grandma who was Susanne. My kids both have their grandmother's names as middle names as well.

Good morning! Everything will be great for you :D
I've got a super busy day here. Fitness classes in the morning, showering at the gym, then to my monthly massage, and an allergy shot. Then it's up to my mom's for the weekend! Hopefully I'll find some time this evening to do a few forum replies, since I know I won't have the brain for more work on my quiz.
1: protein shake
2: not sure yet, considering stopping at the local butcher on my way to my allergy shot and getting 1/4 pound of deli meat :P
3: again, not sure, since I'll be at the mercy of my mom!
liquid and vites: will be on track, my vites have been derailed the last few days
exercise: zenga class, tai chi class, pilates class - I think today is the first day of the credit students being back, so pilates will be THE BASICS.

Yesterday was a busy day. Every couple of weeks, we deep clean something in the house. There are dust bunnies that I am slaying that have lived here far too long. Everyone in the house has a sense of accomplishment. I tend to be the catalyst for getting stuff done, so with me more physically capable, when I start, everyone else jumps right in. When I am down, progress more often than not, stops.
QOTD: My real name is Diane which I sign to my posts. I was named after the song Diane by The Bachelors. My mom heard it while she was pregnant and just knew that was going to be my name if I was a girl. For my middle name, I am named after her. So it is Diane Nancy

My mother's name is Nancy! They took it from an older aunt that passed before I was even born. I actually really like it. I'm trying to convince DW (we are going to start trying in April, we think!!) that if we have a little girl Nancy is a cute middle name.
Our current name we have picked out is Imogen (Emma-jin) and I think Imogen Nancy Eddington sounds perfectly sweet! Then we could call her Nan for short.

Does your Starbucks have the egg white and roasted pepper ones? They are low-cal, have 13grams of protein, and only 170 calories! I can only eat one right now, and I had it for breakfast this morning! It was good :-)
I had that I had to throw the other one away...but it feels sort of empowering, as well. (I'm only 1.5 months out!)
