Hi all. I had a great day yesterday. Today started off a bit rough since my period started a week early - WTF, body. Totally unexpected. I ended up sleeping in a bit and not going to fitness classes since I'm a bit sore from yesterday's run. Plans for the day involve school and normal housework like laundry and cooking dinner.
QOTD: People staring at their phones while walking through busy cities. It gives me the creepy crawly feeling since I'm just waiting for them to walk into an open manhole, get hit by a car, get mugged, or any other number of things.

Morning everyone. Another beautiful day here! I didn't end up doing yoga last night because I was suddenly very fatigued. I was worried I might wake up sick but so far so good. Hoping to take a family walk this evening.
QITD: anything related to feet. I cannot tolerate people putting their feet near me or taking their shoes/socks off in public spaces like airplanes. So footsies or any foot touching is the ultimate ick for me.

I had an ultrasound today on my liver. So I get to be anxious for several days to find out the results.
Qotd out with people and they rather be on their phone instead of socializing with you.

I totally agree about the phone thing. I try to be super conscientious of this and only pull out my phone for a) scheduling or b) googling something that is relevant to the conversation at hand.

QOTD-People that dig at their skin in public, like picking their ears, scalp, ect. Something about that really bothers me:-)
