I still have to think hard when I write 2018 vs 2017. I suppose that will be the case for another few months.

It is 39 this morning in Florida and I just turned the heat on. I feel like a wimp, but I hate feeling cold and don't want to have to sit under a throw all day! Which brings me to the QOTD.

QOTD: Do you prefer the weather to be super hot or cold? I have an odd response. I prefer it to be cold at night - I love snuggling under warm blankets and quilts with weight. BUT during the day I like it sunny and somewhat hot (80s). I can tolerate heat better post-WLS, but I really hate sweating.

Morning! I slept in until nearly 7:30 this morning. I woke up at 5:30 when Jon go up to use the bathroom but I guess I opted to fall back to sleep. It's -23 degrees here this morning again. So that's an 84-degree deviation from the weather on Friday!

QOTD: I also like it to be cool for sleeping, but I can accomplish that with an open window or air conditioning. So yeah, I'd like it to be warm. I also tolerate heat much better now and this summer because it was wet and rainy, I literally never wore a tank top. It never got warm enough!

I brought a bunch of tank tops to Florida, but who knows if I'll ever wear them (luckily they don't take much packing room)!

Good morning!

QOTD: I would much rather be warm than cold. I do not like humidity, it's extremely oppressive in July and August, but I still prefer it to 10 degrees with a windchill. I do need a fan or some air while sleeping. We almost always have a fan, even when we travel.

B: premier chocolate shake

L: 1.2 ounce turkey breast, 1 hardboiled egg, 1/2 oz lowfat cheddar

D: TBD, probably 3 oz lemon pepper tilapia and a couple leftover green beans

Snacks: Greek yogurt, babybel cheese, outshine yogurt bar

Kcal: 669 carbs: 35 protein: 88

Yes I hate humidity too (the sweat factor) and have to have fans everywhere! I don't love AC though unless it is really hot and humid as I like to hear the outside and smell it.

Well, yesterday turned out to be a lazy day, so today will have to be a make up day. I was up at 5:30 this morning making lasagna?s (I have a three section pan so two are made with noodles and the third is made with eggplant and zucchini for me! The rest of the day is cooking, cleaning and watching FOOTBALL? GO JAGS!

QOTD: Cold, hands down. You can always put clothes on, but you can only take so many clothes off (and not go to jail). And the heat causes my cellulitis to flare and that sends me to the hospital. Of course this may change as I lose weight?.

M1: Coffee, PP chocolate

M2: Egg and sous vide pork

M3: Ribeye

M4: Might skip this one today

M5: TBD ? Going out to eat

S: Jerky or other protein forward snack if needed.

E: Nothing formal.

Water/Vits: Water is better over the last few days.
