As a scale addict?! Haha. 4 Weeks in and my scale stopped Moving over the weekend and I keep checking my weight thinking its going to change after an hour hahaha! it looks like the 3/4 week stall is finally here!!! Can I just fast forward to loosing weight again please lol on a good note my protein intake is finally together thanks to fish!! I was finally able to find something that set well with my stomach since nothing else works for me. I was able to digest it pretty well which im super exited about!!!!!! I didn't realize how exiting it would be to keep down fish since I never cared for it in the past. How times have changed.... LOL.
I've also tried different protein shakes but have been unsuccessful!!! but I shall keep trying until I find the one that works for me!! mean while FISH, Shrimp and Greek Yogurt will do the trick!!!
Yes, there is such a thing as a scale addict. And, like any addiction, it's not super healthy. It might be wise to only weigh yourself once a week right now in order to fight the compulsion to weigh multiple times a day.
You don't NEED to use protein shakes for success, so if you can't find one you like the world won't end :D
