Hello Again.NSV and stall
Hi everyone! I had my surgery 7 months ago, I have hit a scale stall that is lasting a while, however my clothes are still getting looser and I am feeling better. more energy! wow, what a ride. a few NSV's I never thought I would see... I went to a movie with my wife and I was wondering if they remodeled this particular theater since I was comfortable in the seat! I went and bought button up work shirts from Kohls, OFF THE SHELF CLOTHES FIT!! and not even the biggest size they had! Christmas time was a difficult one, I had two very close friends commit suicide, 2 other close friends passed. I slid off my staunch diet and let the weight of these incidents get the better of me. now I am back on track, I have an appointment with my psychologist, and a follow up with nutritionist and exercise therapist. I wish you all the best!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. But I'm thrilled to hear about your NSV's. Off the shelf clothing and not the biggest size. Woot woot!
And a huge hug for getting back on track. We all fall and skin our knees, but it takes courage and effort to get back up and try again. I'm so happy for you!

Buying clothes after losing all the weight is like an alternate universe experience for me. I love it. I actually enjoy looking at clothing now. Well, not that much, but more than I did. Congratulations on your progress, and good for you for making the determination to resume.
I am sorry for your loss. Life is hard. Sometimes it's harder. But for those of us left, it goes on. Take care for yourself and of yourself, and do your best to not let things get to you in a bad way. That sounds glib, but it is the way of it. If we want to be successful, we have to rise above our cir****tances. Good luck.
Congratulations on your successes really sorry for your losses!
