Not much going on today except it's raining here for the first time in nearly 300 days, so yay!
QOTD: I'm looking forward to this Christmas tree being back in boxes in the garage...

QOTD: I look forward to getting out of the house this week - have tickets to Kathleen Madigan at Foxwoods (Casino), thursday night. woo hoo
B: protein shake made with protein drink, protein powder, frozen fruit and milk...protein powerhouse!
L: Husband is getting a steak sub - I'll eat the steak and cheese

Good Morning All - Cooler day here today with some rain forecast so that will be a relief - after the hot spell.
QOTD: Im looking forward to Friday being over as im having an operation to remove a growth on my left ring finger. Sooner it goes the better as its growing noticably! Will be having next week off work to recover as will be in a splint etc

Lunch: Protein shake with two scoops of protein powder, milk and some PB2 peanut protein
Dinner: two cups of cabbage soup
Exercise: If I don't have to go to the opticians (long story) 40 minute walk.

QOTD: My best friend is coming for a visit and we are finally going to exchange Christmas gifts and then we're going to pretend to be fancy by going to an art gallery and a nice restaurant.
M1- Protein shake
M2 - Roasted turkey and a slice of swiss
M3 - small salad with romaine, a cherry tomato, and a teaspoon of vinaigrette
M4 - ground beef "taco" on a romaine leaf with grated cheddar
E - went for a walk earlier, maybe yoga after the kids go to bed
