Terrible day
Haven't felt well. It's lady time (sorry fellas). My stomach is angry at me. Had one piece of chicken and no water or vites today. I've been staying on top of everything up until today. Anyone have crappy days like this?
It happens from time to time, more often early post-op than years out. Focus on liquids because hydration is always your number one goal.

Thanks Gwen, just went down stairs, filled up my yedi-like cup, got a protein shake, and took my multi. Feeling less sorry for myself. Tomorrow will be better.
Yep. I had days where I just couldn't face another protein shake, nothing I could eat appealed to me, and I was in a funk. I focused on hydration those days, and looked for new things I could try but told myself not to stress about it. Stay hydrated, and a single day of not eating much won't really derail you.
