I was looking at your first two meal times and thinking "wow, that's a really long break between meals 1 and 2." Then I had the realization that I tend to have my morning breakfast shake around 8-9 and don't eat lunch until 1-2. So.. heh.

VSG: 10/23/17
Winter sport - staying inside.
B: Egg cup (1 egg, ham, cheese, peppers, onions)
S: 1 oz. pork jerky
L: 1/2 tilapia filet, blackened (About 3 oz)
S: 1 oz. pork jerky and 4 cashews
D: Ate out for mexican for first time. Had 2 oz plain shredded chicken, 2 TB refried beans, and some queso to keep things moist.
E: Walking the dog several times.
